Do You Work in Online Training? Or Do You Simply Want to Strengthen Your Brand's Image in a Specific Sector by Offering Knowledge Through Courses or Webinars?

If your answer to any of these questions is yes, this email automation sequence will interest you.

As always, the first thing you need to do is segment your audiences to decide what type of information you want to send and create the email flow. This email sequence can help you send complementary content before or after the training.

Once the course is finished, you can also send a follow-up email to all attendees with the information shared during the virtual class, while also informing them about the dates of upcoming courses.

Here’s an example of the email flow for an online training sequence:

Setup

This online training automation is triggered when a contact subscribes through a specific form, so you need to create one in your audience beforehand.

How to Create an Email Training Automation?

  1. Create a new scenario, and name it after the course you will conduct, for example, “Artistic Drawing Course,” and select the audience you will work with.

  2. Select the trigger as Contact Activity > Form Completed.
Make sure you have a published subscription form in your audience.

  3. Add an Email as the first step, assign an internal title to identify the campaign, such as “Lesson 1,” and complete the remaining fields.
Select the template and click Save.

  4. Now, add a Wait step. Select a reasonable time period to give the subscriber enough time to open the email.

  5. Repeat the same process from steps 3 and 4 as many times as needed until you complete the lessons for your online course.
