Setup

The lead magnet automation is triggered when a contact subscribes through a form dedicated to offering content, so you need to create one in your audience beforehand.
Content offers are typically sent immediately, with no delays. This way, the recipient can instantly enjoy the content they requested.

How to Create a Lead Magnet Automation?

  1. Create a New Scenario
    Give it a title, e.g., “Content Offer,” and select the audience where you have the form dedicated to your content offer.

  2. Set the Trigger
    Choose Contact Activity > Form Completed.
    Make sure you have a published subscription form in your audience.

  3. Add an Email
    Include an Email with the content offer and complete the remaining fields. Pay special attention to the email subject line and preheader.
    Select the template, upload the downloadable document to Easymailing’s file manager, and click Save.

Optional: You can send a follow-up email after some time to request feedback on the content.
