How to Create a Birthday Greeting Automation?
Create a New Scenario
Name it something like “Birthday” and select the audience.Set the Trigger
Choose Dates and Special Events > Anniversary.Select the Date Field
In the dropdown menu, select the previously created date field.Add an Email
Add an Email and complete the remaining fields. Personalize your message using the custom field “name” to address the recipient in a more personal way. Pay special attention to the email subject line and preheader.
Select the template and click Save.
