Add UTM parameters to your campaign links to measure impact in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.

By Easymailing

With the Analytics UTM feature, Easymailing lets you automatically add UTM parameters to the links included in your email marketing campaigns. This makes it easy to track user behavior on your website after they click an email—using tools like Google Analytics, Matomo, Adobe Analytics, and more.

UTM parameters (Urchin Tracking Module) are snippets added to the end of URLs to precisely identify the source, medium, campaign, and other relevant data. For example, you can configure values such as:

utm_source=easymailing
utm_medium=email
utm_campaign=your-campaign-name

This integration helps you answer key questions like:

  • Which campaigns drive the most traffic to your website?

  • Which emails convert best?

  • Which audience segments respond most to certain actions?

From the Easymailing campaign interface, you can enable this option so that all links in your campaign are tagged consistently and automatically—no need to edit each one manually.

A common use case would be a promotional campaign offering a discount: by activating UTM parameters, you can track how many users clicked from the email, visited the page, and completed a purchase—directly in your Google Analytics reports.
