Fluent forms

The Fluent Forms integration with Easymailing—available through Easymailing’s official WordPress plugin—lets you send form data directly to your subscriber lists on the platform, without extra steps or complex configurations.

Once the Easymailing plugin is installed, you can enable the integration from the Fluent Forms interface in WordPress. You just need to connect your account via an API key and configure which form should send subscribers to which list. You can also map form fields (such as name, email, phone, etc.) to the custom fields you’ve created in Easymailing.

This integration is ideal for WordPress sites using Fluent Forms as their form builder for its speed and flexibility. For example, you can connect a contact form, a survey, or a subscription popup and send the collected data directly to your list to trigger an automation or a personalized campaign.

A common use case is a “Join our newsletter” form built with Fluent Forms that automatically adds the user as a subscriber in Easymailing upon submission and triggers a welcome email flow.
