Although Canva doesn’t offer a direct integration with Easymailing, you can still use it to design visuals that can later be imported as HTML templates for your campaigns. Canva allows you to generate an HTML embed code through the “Embed” option, which you can copy and paste directly into Easymailing using the “Own code” feature.
This method is useful if you want to maintain visual consistency across your brand materials. For example, you can design a newsletter in Canva with images, headlines, and buttons, export it as HTML, and import it into Easymailing to send it as a campaign.
However, it’s important to note that Canva is not optimized for email layout design, so the generated HTML may not be fully responsive or compatible with all email clients. For this reason, we recommend using Easymailing’s drag-and-drop editor whenever possible, as it’s specifically designed to create responsive, compatible, and high-deliverability emails—no technical knowledge required.
If you choose to use Canva occasionally, make sure to review the final result on different devices before sending it to your subscribers.
